Office/Human Resources Manager
|Sarah has been with Damage Control for over a decade. She began working in the field as a production worker and proved to be a dedicated employee with exceptional communication and leadership skills. As a result, she was quickly promoted to running the contents cleaning division and demo crew. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Community Leadership and Development from Alverno College, she returned to run our front office and administer our human resources and training programs. Using her boundless creativity she has helped develop billing procedures, and offers guidance to resolve any issues that arise.|
Apart from managing the office essentials, Sarah assures that everyone at Damage Control works, trains, and communicates together, no matter the job title. Sarah will continue to monitor workflow, and maintain lines of communication throughout the company.
In her down time Sarah enjoys raising her boys; Dylan, almost one year old son, and Charlie, energetic dog, and spending time with her extended family. She and her husband love to stay active, volunteer, and are always looking for new avenues to explore and enhance their surroundings.
|Christine has been taking care of Damage-Controls financial organization for many years. She holds an AS in accounting and had previously worked in the accounting field for WEPCo before starting with Damage Control. Christine ensures that all finances relating to individual jobs are accounted for and she makes sure that incoming funds are being allocated as needed. She is proficient with quick books and is able to create any specific report to reflect the financial status of the company.
Christine will continue to work with Paul to ensure that processes are being kept current and efficient. Organization is essential to the financial success of the company.
Christine is also a certified massage therapist specializing in Thai massage, and instructing Yoga. She enjoys the outdoors and traveling as well.
