    • Our background in emergency stabilization permits us to make the right contacts, get the right equipment, and do the right things to prevent further damage, and make the owners “whole” again. We’ll coordinate and provide an action plan with a central command staff to get the structures safe and stabilized. We’ll make sure everything necessary is done for preservation and salvage of any contents, including computers, electronics, and high value items. You’ll know what we’re doing, the manpower and the equipment needed to do it, and the cost to stabilize the loss.

    • The loss is responded to by a Manager who is qualified and experienced in temporary rehabilitation of structures, complete structure restoration, moisture control, mold issues, and odor elimination.

    • This person will provide a priced mitigation plan to prevent further damage and minimize future restoration costs.

Resources Provided when necessary for remediation:

      • Fully Equipped Service Truck and/or Mobile Office

      • Qualified Estimator, Engineer, Electrician, Plumber immediately available

      • Laborers or Tradesman possessing necessary skill level to stabilize site, with consideration to not overstaff, for cost control

      • Heavy Equipment (Bobcats, Lifts)

      • Qualified Contents Technician for inventory capture and pricings

      • Coordinate or obtain technical and electronic subs

      • Electronic moisture readings and recordings for water damage documentation

      • A written scope of repairs when requested by the adjuster
