Once the estimate was complete, Gail contacted our insurance company and worked with their field adjuster to get us what was due to repair all of the damages. Once that process was done, our project manager, Michael, took over and scheduled our project. I’m grateful we had professionals who were able to take care of the unexpected things that always occur when doing home construction. All of the in-home contractors and sub-contractors who worked with us on this project were timely and professional. The workmanship is excellent. I hope I never have to deal with an insurance claim again, but if I did, I’d call Damage Control immediately.

The crew from Damage Control was very thorough and professional. After we experienced internal damage (water damage in 2 areas of our ceiling) due to ice damming, the exterior cause/root of the problem was addressed and corrected prior to the commencement of internal repairs. With internal repairs, the workers were timely, courteous, and very concerned with keeping the work area clean and dust free. They were in and out in 3 days which included removal of damaged dry wall, its replacement, painting, replacement of light fixtures, and spotless cleanup. The obvious hope is that we will not need their services in the future; however, if the need would occur, Damage Control would be our contact of choice.
